    5 Steps To Make Your Skin Look Healthy and Bright

    1.   Cleanse and Moisturize Your Skin

    Once you are done with the makeup and you step outside, the skin encounters a lot of impurities and dirt which may block the pores of your skin. It is essential to free your skin of both impurities and makeup to let it breathe. The best way to do so is to use a cleanser. You can use it 2-3 times a day but if you have a busy schedule then use it at least once, preferable before bedtime. Once done with cleansing, it is essential to apply a moisturizer to make your skin relaxed and let it repair. Always choose a moisturizer and cleanser suitable for your skin type.

    2.   Use Broad-Spectrum Sunscreen

    Applying sunscreen having SPF of at least 15 before stepping out in the sun is beneficial as it protects the skin from painful sunburns. It plays a vital role in blocking ultraviolet radiation from being absorbed by the skin. UV radiation tends to damage the skin and it can lead to sunburns and skin cancer.

    3.   Good Sleep, Well-balanced Diet and Hydration Is Essential

    A well-balanced diet will help you to get happy skin and healthy life. Adding balanced nutrition to your daily meal is important as it will prevent you from falling sick and looking dull. Add seasonal fruits, and green veggies to your diet and eliminate sugar as well as junk foods.

    Drink 2-3 liters of water each day. It will keep your skin hydrated and help to remove your body and skin toxins to get clear skin. It also helps to prevent diseases like psoriasis and eczema.

    Proper 8 hours of sleep is also recommended as skin makes new collagen when you sleep, which prevents sagging.

    4.   Take Skincare Treatments Once In A While

    While most of the skin’s health can be managed through a good diet, water intake, and sleep, it is a bit tough to maintain the softness, smoothness, and glow of the skin given to the harsh weather conditions, especially during the summers. This is why visiting skincare offices once in a while and getting a spa treatment, de-tan, skin massage, etc can be great for your skin. You can look for skincare clinics near you online.     5.   Take Less Stress

    Stress can lead to negative effects on overall skin and make it look dull. Stress hormones in your body like adrenaline and cortisol cause increased oil production in your skin glands. It can lead to acne breakouts and clogged pores. So it is very important to control your stress to get healthy skin.
